all the proxy site are blocked plus ip add does not work too so is there any ways

I could not be able to login to Facebook. The Welcome page appears but when trie to login, the text similar below appears:

The server at login.facebook.com is taking too long to respond.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

i can access everything on the internet except Facebook.
Please help, I’m really having a hard time figuring out what turns out to be a malware on my facebook page.
