I need (7-6)/2+7=13.5>10,13.5-9=2.5 how is possible to do this using abs.
is tried only =abs(A1-A2)/2+A1 that all I know, I need to use IF the result is biger than: then substract 9. I am working with columms. any help thank you.

is there a way to do an IF function but instead of a return of true and false, it does a secondary calculation for the given condition.

for example, column C is set with independent numbers
column D holds the IF function to see if cell in column C is blank, if false it calculates the minimum of range in Column D.
