How to Appear Invisible in Facebook Chat
If you want to be in invisible mode in Facebook, here is a useful application for you. This Facebook application will let you be in invisible mode while you are signed in your Facebook account.(also read – How to Share a File With Your Facebook Friends)
Login to your Facebook account and go to the Invisible Facebook application page. Grant access to the application and you are done. From now on, you will appear as Invisible just as in Gtalk or other IM’s. (also read : Find out invisible users in Google talk)
You can completely turn off Facebook chat but this has a disadvantage. If you turn off chat, you won’t be able to see your online friends anyway. Using this application you can remain invisible in Facebook and see which of your friends are online. The only disadvantage: you need to go online before you can start a chat with any of your friend.
