How to Share a File With Your Facebook Friends
There may be situations when you would like to share or attach a simple file in your friends wall. The file may be a text or word document, an mp3 song, an image or may be a video.
You can add images, songs and videos in your friend’s wall by pasting the respective code snippet but in case you need to send files to your Facebook friends, Divshare will come in handy. It let’s you attach files to your friend’s wall.
Following are the steps involved to share a file or a document with any of your Facebook friends:
1. Add the Divshare application in your Facebook profile.
2. Go to this page and upload your file. Your file can be any document, video, image or any zipped archive. You have unlimited storage and you can upload files of up to 200 mb in size.

3. After the file upload is complete, add the friends with whom you want to share the files. You can share the uploaded file with multiple friends and update your Facebook status message with the upload.

4. Hit the “Publish it” button and you are done. Your chosen friends will see a notification that you have shared a file with them.
There is another similar Facebook application that does the same job – Flash Attach (with a flash interface)
Sharing Files on Facebook with FilesAnywhere
If you have a Filesanywhere account, you can use it to upload and share file with your Facebook friends. Just add the Filesanywhere Facebook application and you can upload files, images, videos ,documents etc in your Facebook profile. Your friends can send you files and download files from your Facebook profile. Comes with a 1 GB free storage account which would be enough for your needs.

why can’t u share a e-mail file with facebook, and if so the divshare application does not do it. Anyone have a bright idea on how this could be accomplished.
