EyeLoveu: An Eye Care Tool That Reminds you To Take Frequent Breaks

Working in front of computer for a long time can result in stress, headaches and may be serious vision problems. It is advisable to drink plenty of fluids, move your muscles and take frequent breaks if you work infront of computer for more than 3 hours a day.

We have discussed some exercises to reduce eye strain in the past. Eye care exercises are good but you should also take frequent breaks followed by mild workouts during your work session.

This is where EyeLoveU comes in. This program runs in the background and freezes the screen after every 40 minutes, thus reminding you to take a break and relax your eyes.

You can adjust the interval between the break periods and choose regular break periods during your Work session. The program monitors your keyboard and mouse activity and alerts a pop up when you use the keyboard for a long time.
