How To Get Refund From Play Store Even Beyond 15 Minutes Limit

Google has already changed its application store refund policy from a maximum of 24 hours to mere 15 minutes. This was intended to stop users from misusing it. Sometimes 24 hours is more than enough to serve the purpose of buying it. One can easily be done experiencing most Android games and some may as well be completed within a whole day. So earlier there was people used to return the app to store and got a refund thereby abusing the original intentions of the benefit. With Google reducing the refund time and users with the right intentions are ought to suffer as it is unlikely for a serious and consistent glitch to be tracked within 15 minutes.

Google had already increased its app size limit to 4GB from 50MB. Some of those big sized apps also need additional data to be downloaded.  That adds another hiccup. Since most Android users still do not enjoy that high download speeds so they can download that much content and then use it within 15 minutes. Google has a policy to consider your plea if that’s reasonable. So you should know the procedure to make Google return your money if you are not satisfied with the paid application or game even after the 15 minutes period is over. Follow the steps below:

Remember to put a reasonable excuse to get a refund. Once you are done with all this, you must wait for Google’s answer to your request. There is not guarantee that you will receive your refund, but you can get most of the time if you are lucky and satisfy Google’s policy - ”only able to make exceptions to our refund policy in cases where there are extenuating circumstances.” . So the ball’s always in Google’s court, all you can do is play the ball smartly.
