How To Hide Files and Folders In USB drives

Sometimes you may need to hide files and folders in USB drives.This can be done from the folder options panel in windows explorer but if you are using the USB drive in another computer then the files or folders may or may not be hidden.In that case you can use this free software to permanently hide files and folders in USB drives. Download Winmend for Windows

1. Start the application and the app will ask for a master password

2.Just browse to the required folder or file and select”Hide file”.The file will be hidden permanently and can only be unlocked using Winmend.

Apart from hiding files in removable drives Winmend can also be used to hide folders in local partitions.The data is completely invisible to other programs and from all the users.The data can only be unlocked using the master password.if you forget the master password all data will be lost.(recommended : password manager for windows)
