IE Tweaker – Tweak Your Internet Explorer The Easy Way

There are many techniques available over the web, that shows how to tweak/fix different glitches of Internet Explorer. Most of them are pretty crappy and least understood. IE Tweaker is a free tool that fixes almost all common problems with IE, no matter which one you are experiencing. The best part is, you can fix/tweak the problem with just few clicks even if you do not have any knowledge on registry editing or any such advanced settings.

All the tweaks are listed in 6 categories, each having several tweaks listed under which sums up to an inventory of 88 tweaks and fixes. The six categories are in the left pane. Click any of them to find out the tweaks or fixes listed under them (which will be shown in the right pane)

Error Recovery

The tool is a life-saver for Internet Explorer users. But as it changes your registry values to perform the tweaks or fixes, there are chances that it may cause some errors in registry, thereby stopping your machine to  perform as usual. So, the tool offers an error recovery feature. Go to the “Welcome” screen (Click Welcome in the left pane) and press the button “Reset To Defaults”.
