When I sign in on the Gmail mobile webpage, I receive the following message:

Web Browser is unable to establish a secure connection with this website.

I am able to sign in on the full version Gmail, but unable to properly navigate the page to retrieve individual emails. Any ideas??

no. 6 helped me right away! I think that gmail gets stuck in firefox for some reason sometimes, it says I might have a slow connection, but that is absolutely not true!

Very impressive findings. I must say you did your homework well. Personally I tried login via basic view and turning off several unnecessary settings before, it helped. Great to see there are more ways to load gmail faster. Desktop notifier is a handy tool as well although some see it as a distraction. :-) Just need to have the self control not to check email every time there’s a new email coming in.
