Tungle.me is a free online program that can sync with your previous calendars like Microsoft Outlook, Apple iCal, Google Calendar, and others. To start scheduling with this online tool, sign up for a free account. You can also choose to log in using Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Yahoo, Google Apps, Gmail and Windows Live ID.

You can import your contacts from your Google account as well. You will have a public calendar where people can see when you are available. In real life situations you will never be in need of a secretary to schedule your meetings. Just share the link with anybody you wish to have a meeting with. He can then choose three meeting time to attend it. He will only be able to choose the time form your available time in the meeting. He can also choose to invite multiple members there. Once you confirm the time, he will get a confirmation mail automatically. This meeting will then be synced across all your calendars.
