This site let’s you upload MP3 songs from your computer and then slice them into multiple pieces. Then you can download the individual audio pieces in your computer as MP3 files.

There is no limitation on the number of songs which you can upload at MP3.net. However, the site can not be used to upload songs from a Web URL.

Now that you have the portion of the song available, go to MakeownRingtone.com and upload the song. Apart from MP3 files, the site lets you upload other audio formats such as – MP4, AAC, M4R, MPC, OGG and QCP.
