1. Go to [Windows 7 Drive]:\Program Files.

2. Create a new folder and name it Windows Calendar.

3. Download Calendar for Win7 and unzip its contents to the newly created folder under Program Files. You can find the application file within the folder Windows Calendar. Pin it to the taskbar.

4. Use the shortcut in the taskbar to start the application.

There are plenty of calendars and to do list managers available for Windows. Although using Windows’ own calendar is quite easy. The tool is simple to use and people who were using it already must be glad to get it back. The tool is free and with very little memory requirements. They aren’t simple to use and as time goes on, the overhead increases. This is where Reminder Fox comes into play. How to use Reminder Fox to Increase productivity

Adding reminders: Once the add-on is installed, you will notice a ribbon like icon placed at the right end of the Firefox status bar. Double click it to open the main Reminder Fox interface.

Just pick a date and hit the “Add Reminder” button to add a reminder. You can add start and finish dates for the task as well as choose the interval to repeat the reminder in case you miss it. The calendar view looks impressive as it allows you to plan things ahead and set future goals.

1. Open this link(http://mail.google.com/tasks/canvas) in Google Chrome. Sign in using your Google account credentials.

2. Click the Google Chrome Menu button and  then go to “Create application shortcuts…”. After that you could select the necessary location for placing the shortcut. I’ll be creating on my desktop. So, from now on you can start the app just by double-clicking the app shortcut on your desktop.

Creating Task Lists :

Start the app. You will notice that, there is already a default list created for you, which can be found in the left pane. This is named after you. You could delete this or keep it as it is. You can also create new lists form this app.

1. Click the New List button in the top left corner.

2. Now name the list as you like.

3. Once you had created it, it will be there in the left pane.

Creating New tasks and assigning it to any list :

1. Click anywhere below previously created tasks in the to-do lists pane(the pane to the right).

2. Now name the task. Click the “>” button to the right of the task name to edit details like due date, description and assigning it to a particular list.
