so leaving a message in a blog like this does not help or when leaving a comment where it asks for your website. Do either of these work???

Most comment forms are no followed hence links from comment fields doesnt really count (in general). Links from the article body of a webpage matter the most. Thanks for your comment.

i think, so much of fake links are bot attacks are not gud for you blog. If you are Adsense Publisher..
