Go to fb140 start page. Use the fconnect button to grant access to your Facebook account.

Once you are done, you will be asked to sign in using your Twitter credentials and allow Twitter access to the service.

Once you are done, you will be requested to update your Facebook status requesting your friends to link their Facebook accounts using this online app. This is optional, you can skip this step.

Once you publish/skip the Facebook update, you will be shown a list of people, who are on Twitter and already your friends on Facebook. Go ahead choose them by selecting the checkboxes beside their names and press the button “Follow These People” at the bottom.
