The entire module of Twitter gadget is divided in 5 groups : Default timeline,Replies, directs ,favorites and everyone. Click On any One Module and it loads under the Same Page. You can display the Twitter Gadget In the Main pane if You want more space.

Furthermore you can upload Files and Add Emotions In Your tweets from Twitter Gadget. The only Downside is the absence of a Short URL service but compared to its other features I Think it does a satisfactory Job.

Short URL service has been part of TwitterGadget since day one. Simply highlight the URL and click [ctrl+y]. Boom, URL shortened. Not only that, all shortened URLs, regardless of the service, when moused over in the timeline provide a preview of what their long URL is, without having to click. Good Stuff.
