Upload Clipboard Content to a Custom FTP Server Automatically
Sharing a file or an image with your friends can be very easy, thanks to the free image sharing services and social networking accounts like Facebook and Twitter. When you want to share an image with anyone, either you have to send the file as an email attachment or you have to upload the file to any of the free image sharing services and then share the URL over IM, Twitter, Facebook and so on.
What if you can quickly upload the content of your Windows clipboard to a custom FTP server?
Clipupload is a freeware utility for Windows which lets you automatically upload the content of your Windows clipboard to an FTP server. Then the link of the file is copied immediately so that you can share the link with your friends instantly.

Earlier we have reviewed TinyGrab – A similar utility which lets you upload screenshots to an FTP server from desktop and allows you to email the link to anyone. Another free program for uploading files to a custom FTP host is Clupper, but the interesting thing about Clipupload is that the application can upload all the content automatically and then copy the URL of the file.
Download Clipupload ( requires .NET framework 4.0 to be installed)
If you are a blogger and want to upload images to your FTP server quickly, I highly recommend using Rightload. This tool can upload images or other files to multiple FTP servers and then automatically copy the URL to your Windows clipboard.
Since I use Windows live writer as my blogging editor, I use Rightload to upload images to my Image directory, copy the URL automatically and insert it in the blog post I am writing.

FTP is becoming a thing of the past. Direct file transfer [DFT] is the new thing… the way file transfers were was intended to be in the first place [TCP/IP spec]. I use Binfer instead of FTP for data transfer. If you are interested check it out here: http://www.binfer.com
