For those who Use USB drives on Public or shared Computers this is a must.Sometimes you may be working in a Cyber cafe,Computer lab and Forget to remove your USB and You Log off.This small Utility installed in your Pen Drive works in the background and reminds you to Remove the USB Before You log off.

Flash Drive Reminder is a Free utility that pops up a Window if you try to Log off Windows Without removing your USB drive.There are two versions -Standard and Quite.

The Standard Version Pops up a Window when Reminder starts which acts as a reminder that The Flash Drive is still in the Computer.

The Quiet version(recommended) has no options and does not pop up a window when you insert your USB drive.Instead it pops up a reminder to remove the drive when you Log off or Shut Down.The only downside is that you cannot use “Safely remove Hardware” when it is running.

Installation : To install just download the Zip file from here and extract it in the Root directory of Your USB drive.Works with Windows Xp as well as Vista.

Note oesn’t works in case you want to Hibernate
