However, you must have either Microsoft Word 2013 or Microsoft Word 2016 as these two editions can open PDF file and older versions cannot. Therefore, just open the PDF file in either Word 2013 or 2016. Then find the image and right click on that. After that, select Save as Picture.
Following that, you will have to select a location and give it a name to save the image.
Extract image from PDF file using PDFTrick
PDFTrick is a free software available for Windows and Mac. PDFTrick is mainly designed for extracting image from PDF file. It is available for Windows Vista and later version and as usual, you can download it for 32-bit version as well as 64-bit version. On the other hand, you should have OS X 10.7 or later version to install PDFTrick on your machine. The best part is it is a portable software.
Therefore, download and open PDFTrick on your machine. The very next thing is to open the PDF file. To open any PDF file, just hit the File >> Open buttons.

On the left side, you can find pages of your PDF file and in the center, you can find all the images of that selected page. To save an image, just select that and hit the GET IMG button.
