What you want is a simple desktop tool. It will put all your chatting services at one place. Whenever you want to use social messaging apps or services, you won’t have to open multiple browser tabs or mobile apps.
The name of the software is Franz. It is available for Windows, Linux and Mac OS as well. Are you ready?
Follow the steps given below.
Step 1: First, you have to install the software. You have to choose between three of the platforms on their website.
Use the link given below to visit the official website to download Franz application.
Step 2: What you get is a zipped file. Inside the same, you will have a setup. So, extract the archive and open the setup. The process is no different than the installation of any other software.
Step 3: Once the installation finishes, you can see an icon on the desktop. Double-click on it to open Franz application.
Step 4: The first screen you get features many social network services. You can choose any service you want to use. Franz supports more than three dozens of services.
Step 5: After selecting the services, you can see them as tabs on the interface. Access them one-by-one to enter proper credentials. Don’t worry! Franz will not ask the username and password for multiple times (given that you tick remember password option).
Step 6: Now go to any chatting service you added. See? Doesn’t everything look normal? Along with chatting services, you can add others like Gmail as well.
Tip:- If you add Gmail, you won’t have to add Hangouts separately as the former displays a Hangouts option on itself.

Whenever you receive a new message or email, it will produce a short, but noticeable notification sound. You can see an unread count as well.
By default, Franz runs in the background so that, you will never miss any important message. You can exit it completely if you want. Moreover, it is possible to set it not to run in the background. You need to access the settings of Franz for that.
Though Franz is in beta stage right now, I didn’t notice any glitches with it. So, you can reliably use it. They have made it clear on their website that the software doesn’t store or learn the messages you send. Means you have nothing to worry about your privacy as well.
Note:- You have to connect your mobile to the same Wi-Fi network as your computers in order to use WhatsApp on Franz. The principle is the same as that of WhatsApp web.
