How to enable two factor authentication in Facebook and Twitter

Security is currently the most important issue around the world and people are doing a lot of things to make sure that their data is safe and secure online. While most social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter offer a lot of privacy controls to their users like deciding what details they would be sharing and with whom, the point of keeping a secured password is totally dependent on the users.

Some users use a rather simple and easy to remember password which is actually not that secure and some of them even use the same password they are using for a lot of other online website and services. So to make sure that these kind of users are secure even though they do not have a strong password both Facebook and Twitter and even some other online services have an option called Two factor authentication.

Two factor authentication is a simple way to ensure that your accounts are more secure. The process behind this method is that when you enable two factor authentication for your account you have to add your mobile number to your account. So from now on every time you try to log in to your account you will be sent a code to your registered mobile number and you have to enter both your password and the code to log in to your account.

This way your account becomes much more secure and no one can access it or try to login without you knowing. So, if this sounds good to you and want to enable two factor authentication for your Facebook or Twitter account, just follow the below instructions.
